At Worldmade , we are committed to offering a smooth, fast, and reliable shopping experience. Below, we detail our shipping policy for all products purchased through our official store.


1. 100% Free Local and International Shipping

We ship locally and internationally at no additional cost on all orders.
We don't require a minimum order amount : wherever you are, we'll deliver your order to your door for free .


2. Order processing

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment confirmation and are cashed on delivery on the same day of the request.
Orders confirmed before 2:00 PM (local time) may be dispatched the same day.


3. Estimated delivery time

Delivery is made within 2 to 8 business days for local shipments and 8 to 20 business days for international shipments, depending on the destination and local logistics conditions.

4. Shipment tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you'll automatically receive an email with a tracking number so you can monitor the status of your delivery at all times.


5. Changes, cancellations and invalid addresses

You can request changes or cancellations before dispatch by writing to:

Once shipped, the address cannot be changed. We do not ship to PO Boxes or unverified addresses.


6. Returns and warranty

Does your product have any new issues we should report? Once you receive your product, you have up to 10 days to report any missing or broken parts or any other new issues to Support.

Wasn't it what you expected? The right of withdrawal applies. For returns, please note that the product must be in the same condition as received, with its original packaging, tags, security seals, and all parts and/or accessories. No scratches or stains. Returns must be made only in optimal condition. The right of withdrawal will be automatically void if the product has been used.

Is your product experiencing a malfunction? You have a 30-day warranty for product performance and/or damage not related to misuse. To process a return, the product must be properly protected, ensuring the condition of the original packaging, including all documents and/or manuals (if applicable), and complete parts.

That being said, not all of our products carry the same warranty. There are products that carry a 5-day warranty. Please read the product descriptions carefully.
